Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Verified Workflows (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Verified Workflows is a human-in-the-loop review platform. You submit AI-generated output to our API; certified human reviewers validate it; you receive reviewed results via signed webhook. Reviewer turnaround target is 24 hours for standard tasks and 1–4 hours for express tasks.
3. Acceptable use
You may not submit content that is illegal, that infringes the rights of any third party, that contains malware, or that is intended to manipulate, deceive, or harm end users. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause without notice.
4. Pricing & payment
The Service is sold on a pay-as-you-go basis ($0.015 per token base rate) and on monthly subscriptions. Volume discounts apply automatically. Express tasks and higher-skill reviewers carry multipliers. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of demonstrable Service failure on our end.
5. SLA & refunds
If a standard task is not delivered within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full credit of the task fee. If an express task is not delivered within the stated window, you are eligible for a 50% credit. Credits are issued automatically to your account.
6. Data
You retain ownership of all content you submit. We process submitted content only to provide the Service, retain it for up to 90 days for debugging and quality assurance, then delete it. You may export reviewed pairs (your input + reviewer-verified output) at any time, formatted as DPO pairs for model fine-tuning.
7. Reviewer conduct
Reviewers are paid a fair hourly wage that is decoupled from client token price. We do not solicit, accept, or pay bribes, kickbacks, or any inducement to alter a review outcome.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
